Unspokin possess all rights to amend all found information in this website at any time available. (price, product detail, etc)
This is to ensure that there is no error made in maintaining accurate and error-free pricing of our products. Should there be such situations of discrepancy, you will be notified via email before your order is being delivered to you.
– Shipping fees are NOT included in the product price shown on our website.
– Shipping fees will be finalized upon check out, varying the price of your order as well as the country we’re shipping to.
– International shipping fees for all orders above SGD80 (Equivalent value in other currency) will be waived.
Repair Bicycle Storage Policy
When your bicycle is left for repair, we take good care of it and keep it safe. That said, our storage for customer bikes is a premium, especially during the busy times. When your repair is ready we will contact you by phone, text or email. In order to meet the needs of our customers and get them back out on their bikes as quickly as possible, we ask that you pick up your repaired bicycle within 7 days of notice that the repair is complete. While we make every effort to contact customers regarding repairs, it is the customer's responsibility to be aware of the status of his/her bicycle. If you haven't received notice that your repair is complete, please call the shop at +65 8083 0048 to enquire before coming to the store.
We will keep your bicycle safe for no additional fee for up to 14 days from date repairs are completed. If you need to have your bike stored for longer than 30 days, arrangements should be made in advance. The fee for storage is SGD$50/month billable daily at SGD$1.70/day.
Bicycle repairs and any applicable storage fees must be paid in full before releasing the bicycle to the customer.
Bicycles left more than 90 days will move to tier 2 storage pricing at SGD$70/month billable daily at SGD$2.3/day.
Bicycles left more than 90 days will be considered abandoned and disposed of at Unspokin's discretion.
Unspokin is not responsible for missed messages, wrong numbers, deleted email, full voicemail, etc. It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of the status of his/her bicycle and to arrange to retrieve it within the timeline specified above.

Unspokin respects any customer information and treats it as private and confidential information that will never be shared with any 3rd party threoff. The obtained details will never be shared or discussed with any exterior affiliations or individuals. We only collect information where it is necessary for us to do so and will only collect information if it’s relevant to our dealings with our customers.By visiting this website, you are accepting the terms described in this Privacy Notice.
However, Unspokin will only share the necessary information to third parties due to any related to the delivery/shipping of the products. Having said that, we will include you in our newsletters or any marketing purposes by using your contact information provided.
