The Super Light (SL) Mesh Cover – Cargo is a weight-saving solution for riders pushing the limits of what’s possible on a cargo bike. Originally designed and proven during the Silk Road Mountain Race by Allan Shaw — the first to complete it on a cargo bike — this ultralight cover is built for long-distance adventures and precision packing.
Made from high-strength nylon mesh with Velcro-secured nylon webbing straps, it offers a substantial weight reduction over our standard webbing, while maintaining enough durability to handle your day-to-day essentials or carefully packed gear for multi-day rides.
The hydrophobic mesh fabric won’t absorb water, keeping your load light and your setup clean, even in wet or muddy conditions. A rubber patch is integrated to prevent rubbing against the front headset — ideal for high-mileage rides and rough terrain.
