1993 Specialized Hardrock Ultra [Upcycled]
Mountain biking was at its peak in the 90's with Specialized offering virtually indestructible bikes that stood the test of time. The Hardrock Ultra is an upgraded version of its standard, with a lighter and more responsive frameset that does not compromise on its handling. With a fresh new cassette, chain and crankset, this bike is ready for its second life. Schwalbe's best 26" gravel tyres are also equipped on its wheelset - the legendary Araya rim laced with Exage hubs. This build is best for commuting, gravel-shredding, or weekend coffee hangouts.
Torn down and reassembled with care, this grail is running most of its stock parts - a testament to early-90's bike tech and its performance. Shifter and brake cables were also replaced with new ones. Gum ODI Waffle grips complete its look.
